Use of the Services
Stopreg.com provides tools for detecting and blocking disposable, temporary, or role-based emails. Our Services can be used across websites, applications, SaaS platforms, and other environments where email verification is needed.
You agree to:
Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services
Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
Account Registration
To use the Services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
API Usage and Limits
Free accounts receive 500 API requests valid for 30 days
Paid plans are usage-based and valid for 30 days from purchase
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
API requests expire 30 days after activation or purchase
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
Payment and Billing
All payments are handled securely via Paddle
Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Paid plans are non-refundable after the 21-day cancellation window
Custom or enterprise plans may have separate billing terms
Cancellation / Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must inform Stopreg.com via email or chat within 21 days of
contracting the service
Any requests made after 21 days will not be refunded, but your subscription will remain active until the
end of the billing cycle
Once the 21-day refund window has passed, the service cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or reversed
Privacy and Data Handling
Stopreg.com is GDPR-compliant. Email addresses submitted for validation are deleted immediately after
processing. For privacy-sensitive use cases, we offer a domain-only API.

Intellectual Property
All content, APIs, documentation, and software provided by Stopreg.com remain the exclusive property of NETBOOSTERS Lab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. Email validation may be subject to technical limitations and third-party dependencies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stopreg.com is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, data, or business
Any claims arising from use or inability to use the Services
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NETBOOSTERS Lab harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for misuse. Upon termination, all API access is revoked, and processed data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
